Submit an enquiry form and book an appointment
Every new beginning needs proper and experienced guidance, so at this stage, the students interested in international education can submit the enquiry form and book an appointment for a personal one-on-one discussion with our student advisor regarding their interests and doubts.
Free student counselling
At this stage, we do the primary profiling, collating personal information along with SSLC, HSC, IELTS, GRE, and GMAT scores. Broad academic interests, financial capabilities, and other expectations are also mapped.
Document submission
The students interested are requested to submit all the essential documents as per international course requirements.
Application processing
The application is done by choosing the candidate's preferred course at a minimum of three preferred universities, and all the documents are submitted to the universities at this stage.
Offer letter
Once the candidate’s qualifications are accepted, an unconditional or conditional offer letter will be issued for acceptance by the university via email.
Acceptance and deposit payment
The candidate will accept the offer from the university and should pay the minimum deposit amount specified in the offer letter before the due date to conform to the admission.
Scholarship assistance
At this stage, the application for an international student scholarship is made, which will result in a reduction in the full fee payment for the course.
Foreign language enhancement programme
This programme is mainly developed for students who are unable to communicate or express their thoughts. The programme focuses on helping the student improve their speaking, reading, and writing skills in a foreign language as per their requirements.
CAS interview training
Most of the students will have a pre-CAS interview from the admissions-offered universities to check their language proficiency, their personal financial background, their future plans, and their involvement in the preferred course. In preparation for the university’s credibility interview, our students are trained on professional conduct during interviews. We conduct mock interviews and provide question banks on frequently asked questions.
Financial support
The financial aspects of studying abroad, the entire process, and options for availing financial support are discussed.
Complete enrollment
Our international student advisor will help the students complete their online enrollment by guiding them through the correct steps, and enrollment fees will be paid to universities at this stage.
Medical test
The students were asked to do a medical checkup and test as per their preferred country's visa requirements and submit the medical certificate.
Visa application
On receipt of the offer letter from the chosen university, documents are collated for the visa application process, which is then reviewed thoroughly before initiating the visa process.
Accommodation help
Arrangements on arrival in the particular country will be made as per the student's request and necessity.
Forex Services
We assist students by transferring fees to universities by converting Indian rupees to the required nation’s currency. We also arrange currency for the student’s basic travel needs.
Pre- and post-departure services
This final step ensures the students’ safety in transition, which involves making the right air travel provisions and We assist students in finding part-time jobs (** subject to availability), registering with the NHS GP, opening bank accounts, completing the national insurance number application, and completing the share code application. We also provide travel and transportation cards.
